What we sell
Digital content from game and app publishers: in-game credits, passes, gift codes, vouchers and PC game keys. You pay through the payment methods shown at checkout, such as e-wallets, FPX online banking, cards and mobile credit.

Prices
Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and shown for each payment method before you pay. They can change from time to time; the price you see on the last step is the price you pay.

Delivery
Credits are sent to the game account you enter as soon as your payment is complete, or within a short time after. Codes and keys are shown on your receipt as soon as your payment is complete.

Your account details
You are responsible for the game ID, zone or server you type. Credits go to exactly that account, so please check it on the last step before paying.
- 05
Refunds
Because digital content is delivered straight away, completed purchases are final. They can’t be cancelled, returned or refunded because you changed your mind.
If we find that you were charged wrongly or more than you should have been, we will put it right with a refund or a credit. If something went wrong with an order, contact us with the order number and we will look into it.

Fees
Your bank, e-wallet or mobile network may charge its own fees, and data charges may apply. Those are between you and them.

Under 18
If you are under 18, please get permission from a parent or guardian before you buy.

Game names and art
Game and product names, logos and artwork belong to their publishers and are shown so you can find what you are buying.
