How do I top up?
- Find your game and open it.
- Type your game ID (and zone or server if asked).
- Pick a pack and a way to pay.
- Pay. The credits are sent to that ID as soon as the payment is complete.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up or log-in: type the game ID, pick a pack and pay.
Why is the price different for each payment method?
Each provider charges differently, so the same pack can cost a little more or less depending on how you pay. We show the price for every method before you pay, and point out the lowest.
What if I typed the wrong ID?
Credits go to exactly the ID you type, so check it (and the zone or server) before paying. Your ID is shown again on the last step for that reason. If something went wrong, message us with your order number.
Where are gift card and game key codes?
On your receipt page right after payment. You can open past receipts any time from Orders on this device.
